SMT & DIP Assembly
Our SMT lines support high-precision PCB assembly, including 01005 components, fine-pitch ICs and BGA packages. DIP assembly and wave soldering are available for through-hole components and mixed-technology boards.
Inspection & Testing
We use AOI inspection, X-Ray inspection, ICT electrical testing, FCT functional testing and aging tests to control product quality throughout the production process. For BGA and high-density assemblies, X-Ray inspection helps verify solder joint quality and process stability.
Final Assembly
In addition to PCBA manufacturing, we support conformal coating, cleaning, final assembly, functional verification, packaging and shipment. This allows customers to manage PCBA production and product assembly with one manufacturing partner.
