PCBA Quality Control

At ICBROS, quality is controlled at every stage of PCBA production, from incoming materials to final shipment. We focus on stable process control, clear inspection standards and reliable long-term production support.

Quality Control Process

IQC → PCB Inspection → Solder Paste Printing → SPI → SMT Assembly → Reflow Soldering → AOI → X-Ray → DIP Assembly → ICT → FCT → Aging Test → Final Inspection → Packaging

Incoming Inspection

We inspect incoming components, PCB bare boards and key materials before production. This helps reduce material risks and ensures that each production batch starts with controlled quality.

Process Inspection

During production, we use SPI inspection for solder paste control, AOI inspection for SMT placement and soldering quality, and X-Ray inspection for BGA and high-density assemblies.

Electrical & Functional Testing

We provide ICT electrical testing and FCT functional testing according to customer requirements. For projects that require long-term reliability, aging tests can also be arranged before shipment.

Final Inspection & Traceability

Before shipment, each batch goes through final inspection, packaging checks and production record review. Our quality process helps customers maintain stable production, consistent performance and better traceability.
